Payment

The following are accepted forms of payment:

  • Most Major Credit Cards
  • PayPal
  • Money Orders (Must be 'International Version' denominated in US funds if outside the United States)
  • Personal Checks

Please note that all prices are in US dollars

Shipping

We ship worldwide and our shipping costs reflect postage, packing materials, and applicable insurance. Shipping costs are determined on a flat rate basis. Typical shipping costs are as follows:

  • United States Letter: $0.75
  • United States Parcel: $4.95
  • International Letter: $1.35
  • International Parcel: $17.95

We ship Monday through Friday within two business days.

Fuel

Fuel, including diesel and nitro variations are only available for shipment to the Contiguous United States ("Lower 48") and will be shipped via UPS Ground which results in a 1 - 5 day transit time depending upon location. Should an order contain fuel the entire order will be shipped via UPS Ground. All fuel is packaged in quarts with charges of a 'base-rate' and each additional quart for a cost of approximately $2.50 each.

EX Model Engines WILL NOT ship fuel to ANY International Locations or Alaska and Hawaii.

Returns

Returns are accepted 14 days from date of receiving merchandise. They are subject to the following qualifications:

  • Customer must contact us BEFORE returning merchandise for Return Authorization
  • Customer will be issued a full refund for purchase price of merchandise, including original shipping costs. Customer is responsible for paying to ship the merchandise back to us
  • If merchandise is 'significantly not as advertised' we will issue a full refund, original shipping costs, and any costs associated with shipping back to us
  • All merchandise must be in the same, unused, and complete condition as received by customer
